United Count is located at 1 Shan Pui Road, Tung Tau, Yuen Long, adjacent to Yuen Long town center, with developed facilities nearby. The operator is Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui Welfare Council. It takes only 10 minutes to walk to Yuen Long MTR station. A minibus line is located outside United Count to connect to the Yuen Long town center. The modular integration construction method is adopted when building United Court. It consists of 8 residential blocks; each block has four floors without lifts. United Court offers 1-person, 2-person, 3-person, and 4-5-person units and accessible units to cater to the needs of different families. It is equipped with an integrated social service centre, mini-store, self-service laundry, communal kitchen, SE United Cut, plaza, a communal farm, and waste stations.

With the support of the government, Ling Nam Medicines Charitable Foundation Limited rented some hotels for transitional housing. The transitional housings are located in the Yau Tsim Mong district where the MTR stations and bus stops are nearby.

Pok Oi KHW Village is the largest-scale transitional social housing project in Hong Kong, it is also the largest-scale project conducted with "Modular Housing Construction". The project operator is Pok Oi Hospital, the transitional housing is located in Yuen Ling Kong Ha Wai Village,
The project consists of eight 4-storey residential blocks and two amenity blocks, providing a total of 1,998 residential units. MIC construction method are adopted in this Project, each unit contains a separate area for toilet, shower and kitchen to meet the various needs of the residents.
The two amenity blocks occupy a total area of around 20,000 square feet to house a Chinese Medicine clinic, a Western Medicine clinic, a dental clinic, a district health center, an information technology resource center, canteens, supermarket et cetera.

The Salvation Army ‘To • Gather’ @ Sam Shing Transitional Housing is located in Tuen Mun Sam Shing Estate with convenient transportation and well-equipped facilities, about 5 minute's walk from the Light Rail – Sam Shing Terminus. There are also KMB, Citybus and minibus routes nearby to commute between Tuen Mun and Kowloon.
‘To • Gather’ @ Sam Shing Transitional Housing is a 7-story building equipped with a lift, which will be home to 123 families with about 400 tenants, including 1-2-person units, 3-4-person units and accessible units. There are common areas available for use by tenants and residents in the neighbourhood to build an integrated community.
