The Concordia, Concordia II and Concordia III are social housing projects launched by Lutheran Church Hong Kong Synod.

The Concordia locate at Wai Yip Street, Kwun Tong; Concordia II locate at Nam Cheong Street, Sham Shui Po;  and Concordia III locate at Hai Tan Street, Sham Shiu Po.

3 projects provide 170 units.

Living with Joy and Sharing with Fun is launched by Lok Kwan Social Service. The units located at Peace Avenue, Victory Avenue, Ho Man Tin and Peel Street, Central. 

3 projects provide 30 2-3 person household units and 56 4-5 person household units.

It is anticipated that The Hong Kong Housing Society’s (HKHS) rental estate in Kwun Tong, viz Kwun Tong Garden Estate, will be redeveloped in phases in 2025, with Yin Chee Lau and Hay Cheuk Lau fall under the first phase. As such, HKHS has refurbished some of the vacant domestic flats therein for use as transitional housing so as to optimise the use of existing housing resources.

The project provides 71 units.
